History
Monaco Bar Services began in Salt Lake City, Utah as a private events independent contractor, Zachary Monaco. As events became a regular success and the service was growing, Monaco Bar Services became an LLC in October of 2022, after already have run booths and events well known in Salt Lake City, such as the Salt City Wine & Dine and the Backcountry Benefit.
There was more to MBS that had been seen thus far, however. "We wanted to do something bigger. Something that benefits people more", Monaco says. With this in mind, a six-month process began with a DABS compliance specialist to offer something that has never been available in Utah.
In July of 2023, Monaco Bar Services received news that they were approved to conduct private events at bars & restaurants to showcase products to the owners, management and bartenders. With the news' arrival, partners Zach Monaco and Zach Boyer knew the future of the team: Alcohol Representation.
By the end of 2023, MBS added media and virtual showcasing to the portfolio. Monaco Bar Services looks for smaller breweries, wineries and distilleries to give them the power of large brand representation. Members of the company also taste test everything they plan to promote, as MBS wants to only promote brands that they enjoy and believe in.
Monaco Bar Services has recruited and trained elite bartenders for both private events and to bring into the sales world. Knowledge and creativity are what allows MBS to be good at what they love.
Mission Statement
Monaco Bar Services' mission is to expose consumers to the products that they deserve to enjoy. This means finding the right brands and products, educating retailers on the product and its benefits, and promoting the brand to consumers. When a consumer enjoys a great drink, bars and restaurants make profit off of the beverage, and manufacturers increase sales, everyone wins together.
